Q: I plan to bring in my photos on CD, how do I prepare my photos for use?

A: Please scan your photos at 300 dpi (600 dpi for smaller photos). Photos that are too small, or poor quality won’t show up correctly on a television. If you are unsure of how to change the settings on your scanner check the owner’s manual or give us a call and we’ll try to help walk you through this process.

Q: Do I need to put my photos in order?

A: No, but it’s extremely helpful. If you have a set order that you would like your pictures to show please number your photos on the back. If photos are not in order we will attempt to put your photos into chronological order for you.

Q: Can I include video with my pictures on a Video Scrapbook?

A: Yes! If you have video clips on VHS, DVD, or Mini DV please cue up the tape to the part you would like for us to use and bring the tape with you when you drop off your photos.

Q: Can I have a text scroll or text introduction for each segment of my photos?

A: Yes! Your video will include an introduction message at the beginning and a congratulations message at the end. Feel free to include as many additional text messages throughout your video, at no additional charge!

Q: What songs do you suggest?

A: Think about your child’s favorite bands or favorite songs, ask one of their friends if this is a surprise gift. What songs did they grow up listening to? Did you sing any songs to your graduate when they were young? What songs trigger memories for you? Other suggestions can be found on our most requested songs page.

Q: When will I receive my DVD?

A: When you contact us, let us know when your deadline is. We prefer to have as much advanced notice as you are able to give us. Turnaround is often 24 hrs - 10 days, depending on how detailed you want your project to be and how backed up we are with other orders.

* Projects that require completion in under 7 days may be subject to a rush fee.

Q: Can I preview my project before I commit to the final DVD?

A: Yes! We would love to have you come in and suggest last minute changes. If you are unable to make it into our office, we can set up a lower quality web screening for you.

Q: Although an individual graduation DVD is great, can we get an an entire Senior Tribute DVD made for our school?

A: Yes! Send us the contact information for your senior class advisor, or yearbook teacher and we’ll work with them to gather photos from your graduating class and create a Senior Tribute including growing up, middle school, high school, and Senior farewell messages for your entire class. The student who helps us get in contact with their school will receive a free copy of the Senior Tribute DVD and 25% off their personal graduation video!
